Prep' for this years Summer camp

Hi All,

Now we have finally seen the sun today it is starting to feel a bit like summer. You are now thinking Blue Skies, Beach and best of all the 2009 Summer Camp!!! Luckily for you we haven't just started to think about this years camp but have already been working hard on the preparations for some time now. In fact our first meeting for this years camp was on the 8th September 2008!!!! Hard to believe but true. All the team leaders met the week after last years event to review the feedback received from many of you during and just after the 2008 camp. In Late November we met again as a team to pray for a word from God for the vision for the 2009 camp and we have met every month since to review the progress towards our vision for the camp.

This weekend we will again present the Vision and talk in a bit more depth about this years camp and of course answer any questions you have. So come on armed with questions on Sunday!

This year we have more speakers than previous years and a Dance Troupe from London who will hold 2 street dance workshops on the Sunday afternoon. We will also have the climbing wall and the inflatable assault course for your entertainment.

As this is the first blog I'll keep it brief but there will be regular updates so keep looking.
